MANAGER is the product of the Jixel suite designed for managing every phase of events and emergencies. It is web-based and distributed as a Cloud service.

It is compliant to the most recent international standards on data management in emergency situations (e.g. EMSI, OASIS CAP, NG112); it features all the functionalities needed for managing emergencies, including a powerful geographical interface that fully supports the procedures of a Command & Control room.

In combination with the other products of the Jixel family, MANAGER makes a shared management of emergency situations possible, both increasing the situation awareness by building a collaborative map, and empowering a joined management of human and instrumental resources by assigning and monitoring missions.

MANAGER fits perfectly with the other components of the JIXEL suite; combined with AGGREGATOR, it shows on the geographical interface information gathered from citizens, sensors and third parties; the combination with Jixel-SHARE empowers the system of information and data sharing with external organisations; the integration with ALERTER allows the user to send messages to the population.

MANAGER is addressed to whoever has a role in emergency management (such as Civil Protection organisations, volunteers’ organisations, Municipalities, Fire Brigades, etc.). It is easily scalable to the different needs of small and large organisations, and to the operations of complex structures composed of bodies co-operating in international scenarios.
The product can be used in all phases of disaster management, and features specific modules for large-scale emergencies, where building emergency scenarios, managing volunteers and implementing Emergency Plans is paramount. MANAGER contains several modules, depending on the scenarios it is used on.

The standard configuration of MANAGER includes modules for the generation of events and their representation on a textual and graphical interface. All other functionalities are to be agreed with the costumer depending on their needs.
